Moore is delighted to announce the appointment of two new Foundation / Fine Arts faculty members, Asuka Goto and Sreshta Rit Premnath, and a new Interactive & Motion Arts faculty member, Geoffrey Beatty, who will be joining the Moore community in August.

|Moore Fashion Alum is on Project Runway
Dom Streater ’10 has always been a fan of Project Runway, and now she’s a designer on the show! Streater said the experience has been eye-opening, from the 24-7 cameras to having to construct a garment overnight. Watch Dom on an all new episode tonight at 9 pm on Lifetime. |Visionary Woman Awards
Save the date! Moore will present the 2013 Visionary Woman Award to ceramicist Kathy Butterly ’86 and luxury jewelry designer Ann King Lagos on Wednesday, September 18 at 6 pm. The free Elizabeth Greenfield Zeidman Lecture, featuring a panel discussion with the two honorees, will be held at 2 pm.

|Moore Presents an Evening with Márcia Ganem
Moore and the Eastern Pennsylvania / Bahia Partners of the Americas are pleased to present an evening with Márcia Ganem, a fashion designer and curator living in Bahia, Brazil, on Thursday, September 5 at 6 pm at the College. Ganem’s creations represent a strong link between fashion, art and jewelry with the use of innovative techniques and materials developed through extensive research.

|Game Changers Event
To celebrate the launch of the new Interactive & Motion Arts BFA major, on Thursday, October 17 Moore will host “Game Changers,” in partnership with the Philadelphia Game Lab’s annual Grassroots Game Conference. The session will explore the role of women in the game art and mobile industry drawn from the experiences of the speakers.
