Studio Conversations with Nato Thompson & Zoe Strauss The MFA in Studio Art program, in conjunction with The Galleries at Moore, will present a public conversation tomorrow at 6:30 pm in Stewart Auditorium between Nato Thompson, one of the foremost thought leaders on socially engaged art and photographer Zoe Strauss, addressing the cultural processes related to community-based artistic practice. New iPad Video Now Live on Website Moore’s homepage now features a video about the impact of the Apple® iPad® on the College’s student learning experience. Moore introduced the iPad® initiative as part of the new Foundation curriculum in Fall 2012. Each new student was given a free iPad®. Pre-populated apps selected to support the visual art and design education at Moore came loaded and ready for students to use in their classes. WATCH THE VIDEO |

Moore Fashion Alumnae in the News Moore congratulates alumna Devin Pauley '11 (left), who was named a Designer-in-Residence for the second year of the Philadelphia Fashion Incubator (PFI) at Macy’s Center City. The fashion initiative was created to help foster and support emerging local fashion and design talent. She follows in the footsteps of alumna Melissa D'Agostino '02 (right), the inaugural Designer-in-Residence, who was recently filmed by camera crews at Moore for an upcoming fashion-based reality show, "King on 34th".
